Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to Terms and Conditions not limited to the following: 

  • Cancellations: Due to natural or pandemic occurances. Cancellation fees apply.
  • Pickup and Delivery Timeframes: These can vary due to weather, traffic, road closures, other time constraints pertaining to other horses in transit, and do not GUARANTEE a set pickup or delivery time. 
  • Each Transport Agreement is a binding and committed agreement and all deposits made are non refundable.
  • We will not book your transport with out a COMPLETED/SIGNED Transport Agreement and deposit secured.
  • We reserve the right to personal jurisdiction in the State of Oklahoma, Noble County.
